Building upon the material from Managerial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting, students have the opportunity to examine in greater detail behavioral, managerial, and strategic aspects of management accounting and management control. Content may include management accounting issues pertaining to strategic management accounting, operational management issues including quality management, performance evaluation and management systems, management control systems, and advanced decision-making techniques such as decision-trees, learning curves and project evaluation and review techniques.
