School of Record Process:

Drew considers our partner program's courses to be the equivalent of a Drew course. Drew University department faculty review the syllabus from our partner programs to determine the Drew course equivalencies. However, since Drew wants to reflect that students are enrolled in our partner programs’ courses, the credit is shown as “transfer” rather than “institutional” on the Drew University transcript. The Drew course subject code, course number, and title are displayed on the transcript with the partner course subject code and course number noted in the title. The original course credits and grades are displayed on the transcript.

Transcript Requests:

When Drew University receives the finalized list of students from the program, students will receive a transcript in the mail as a part of the record creation process. Additional transcripts may be ordered via the National Student Clearinghouse, instructions on the Office of the Registrar's website.
