Designed for those interested in the biology of amphibians and reptiles (herptiles), students have the opportunity to study the evolution of these fascinating animals from the fossil record to modern day through a combination of classroom activities, primary literature discussions, and visits from professionals that work with amphibians and reptiles every day! Focuses on the anatomy and physiology, behavior, and conservation of herptiles and will feature opportunities for herp observation through field trips and on-campus data collection.
