Course Description
Introduces the theories and latest insights in decision-making science and how they affect strategic decision-making in organizations. Topics include socio-cultural, political, economic, ethical, technological, and regulatory aspects. Through exercises, individual and group assignments as well as discussions of readings in class, engages in the main debates in behavioral decision-making specifically. Students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and understanding to business cases provided in class.
