Introduces different types of digital assets, commonly called “crypto” and how they may be used to optimize investment portfolios. Explores key environmental, ethical, and regulatory issues that have to be considered for investors to make knowledgeable decisions on this relatively new asset class, and how it may fit into an investment portfolio containing more traditional types of investment products. Examines the merits and problems with allocations to cryptocurrencies in their investment portfolios.
