A study of the process of stage managing through the experience of stage managing in the department's production season during the first half of a term. Classroom discussion and presentations focus on works in progress, with special emphasis on the stage manager's role in production organization and communication. Enrollment is required of all students stage managing a production in the first half of a given semester.
