This course will explore how designers and directors collaborate in the theatre. We will examine how some of the great collaborators of our time create their work and discuss the challenges which they often face. Students will team up to create their own in-class projects taking on the roles of director and designer to immerse themselves in this process. Amount of credit established at time of registration. May be repeated once for credit. Signature of instructor required for registration. Prerequisite: THEA+120, THEA+135, THEA+220, and permission of instructor.
