Course Description
Through internships, students have the opportunity to apply learning in the real world, explore diverse paths, develop transferable skills, engage with mentors, and prepare for future opportunities. This fully asynchronous course helps students reflect on their experience, connect work to academics, and demonstrate growth through midpoint and final reflections and a final presentation. Internships may be paid or unpaid, with 0–4 credits and required hours of 45–180 depending on enrollment. Students in majors with required internships should meet with their advisor to determine if there are any specific requirements for the internship to apply to the major. Students must contact the Center for Career Development to begin the registration process.
