Explores the personal, professional, and spiritual aspects of leadership and various strategies for effective leadership. A practicum to develop communication strategies and spiritual practices that will enable leaders to promote trust and cooperation and minimize conflicts at churches and other organizations. Students will have the opportunity to engage in reflective and spiritual practices to raise understanding of the self and others, manage their anxiety, and develop constructive and compassionate communication.
