Investigates the social and moral dimensions of intimate violence against women in the United States. The sources include biblical and theological literature, narrative accounts, and feminist social science analysis. Examines the interwoven personal and political dimensions of intimate violence against women, and identifies practical, constructive responses for church leaders who work in local contexts.
