Course Description

Implement solutions to solve basic computational problems using the Python programming language. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to design, implement, test and document programs. Includes concepts such as decision and repetition structures, boolean logic, functions, and sequences. No previous programming experience is expected. Prospective computer science majors or minors should begin with this course which is also appropriate for students who wish to learn some programming but do not plan to take any additional computer science courses.
